Meet the VoiceOps Team

What are you most excited to accomplish in your role at VoiceOps and/or for its customers?
I am excited to take VoiceOps to a place where it can scale and succeed in the market. If I could help solve all the problems on our way to that place, I would feel accomplished.
How do you feel VoiceOps is changing the coaching enablement industry?
I think we are pioneering the coaching enablement industry, which is exciting.
Why do you think coaching is such an important element for businesses?
Coaching is so important because it has such a measurable direct effect on outcomes. We see this in school as well. Children with direct tutoring outperform their peers by large margins.
How has coaching (whether good or bad) had an impact on you personally?
I haven't had as much coaching in life as I would like. Well, as much coaching from people I wanted it from, so maybe this is my problem.
If you could meet & learn from one famous coach (whether currently living or not), who would it be and why?
The CEO of Twitter & Square, Jack Dorsey. I really respect Jack. He is hard working, listens to both sides of arguments, and genuinely cares about being a good person.
What types of conversations do you enjoy the most? What types do you enjoy the least? Why?
I enjoy philosophical conversations the most. I am naturally drawn to the big questions that don't have answers. I least enjoy conversations of status or bragging.
Why is VoiceOps important? (for its customers, in the world, etc.)
VoiceOps is important because it has the ability to change people's lives for the better. If sales reps make more money or don't quit because of VoiceOps that would make me smile.
